Chair Yoga meets weekly on Thursdays at 9:30 am
In our Chair Yoga classes we improve:

- Muscle strength
- Practical levels of flexibility
- Relief from stiffness, aches, arthritis, and more!
Our Chair Yoga classes are designed to improve range of motion, balance, and overall mobility through the practice of yoga. With the use of chairs and other props, we build and maintain balance, strength, flexibility, and natural motion for everyday tasks, improved health, and overall well-being. (60 Minutes)
Chair Yoga is limited to 10 students per session.
Single Class - $10
Chair Yoga 5 Class Pass - $45
Senior 5 Class Pass (also valid for Gentle Yoga) - $75
Please arrive to class 10 minutes before start time to prepare your seat! Class begins promptly at 9:30 am.
