This 2-hour workshop is designed to introduce students to the concepts of yoga and Ayurveda used to manage pain and flare-ups associated with a wide range of conditions, including fibromyalgia, chronic pain, and autoimmune disorders.

Our newest six week beginner class is designed especially for the mature active adult!
In our weekly 90 minute classes, we will introduce yoga poses using props to ensure alignment fundamentals to improve on strength, balance, and range of motion. You'll learn body\breath awareness, basic yoga poses from sitting\floor, and chair to standing. Many of the poses can be modified using chairs, wall, and blocks. This class cultivates safety while challenging your body in the poses.
All you need to begin is your body, your mind, and a lot of curiosity!
Classes meet weekly on Tuesdays for six consecutive weeks, beginning March 6th. 9:30 -11:00 am.

New to yoga? Not sure where to begin? In Yoga 101 (Beginner Yoga Series), you'll learn essential body awareness, breath, and basic yoga poses from the ground up!
With emphasis on practical modifications to improve balance, strength, and integrity of alignment in fundamental yoga poses, this multi-week class builds on previous lessons.
This class is designed to help you build, improve, and grow your personal yoga practice at the pace that is optimal for you. Because this series builds from the previous week’s lesson, no drop-ins are allowed for Yoga 101 (Beginner Yoga Series) Classes.
Recommended yoga experience: 0 - 6 months
This class is open to everyone. Pre-registration is required. Class size is limited!

Get workshop-quality instruction at the weekly drop-in rate! Pose Tune Up is a fun, exploratory, clinic-style class that breaks down common yoga poses and movements. Whether you are a beginner or a student who has practiced for a long time, you are sure to benefit from the detailed and personalized instruction in this 90 minute weekly class! Chair Yoga class meets at 9:30 am each Thursday. Chair Yoga offers all of the benefits of Yoga without having to get up and down from the floor. This class is senior-friendly and is also beneficial for students needing a slow paced practice adapted to accommodate injury recovery, arthritis, neuropathy, autoimmune conditions, and other ailments. Chair Yoga classes are $10 each or 5 classes for $45.

Are you an earlybird? Join Doreen on Tuesday mornings at 6:30 am for a fresh start to the day. Yoga for Morning is a great way to stretch and prepare for the adventure ahead.
